I have never smoked any meat before in my life. I cook and grill lot's of stuff, just never smoked. I am looking to learn lots and purchase/build a smoker soon. Thanks for all the great info on this site.

Well axpilot, you found the right place to learn about smoking. Good to have you on board. Everyone has to start somewhere right? There's more smoking knowledge here than you can imagine, so sit back, read some post, ask LOTS of questions and before you know it, you will be turning out some fantastic smokes. I promise you.
