Bottom round in the smoker

Here is the bottom round roast I started a couple of hours ago in the RO.

Mey Mister Mac, nice looking roasts. Very nice looking rub, too~ what you put in it?

Also, what are your plans for the beef once it comes out: slicing, pot roasting...etcetera.

Secret blend of spices!

Brown sugar
chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder
black pepper
mustard powder

As for the roasts, one gets sliced and one gets pulled!

WOOH I could read that last message like reading a book. I have seen that before and it is really weird that you can read that all funbed up like that.
The rub looks good I like the spices in the line up. The meat looks good and the rub does too but that smoker doesn't look right to me it's far too clean. Keep the Qview coming.
