Greetings from southwestern Massachusetts! We just got a Brinkmann electric a few weeks ago and are excited about all of the smoking possibilities. We don't eat red meat (I know) but are looking forward to endless experimentation with poultry, fish, seafood and maybe cheese. Our first 11 lb turkey was awesome. This weekend is for salmon, jumbo shrimp and boneless chicken breasts. Looking forward to learning lots!
