This is what I consider a perfect supper. A little light on the veggies but
that is the way I like it. This is part of the proceeds of my broken freezer.
Boneless short ribs, Sourdough Bread, and fresh squeezed OJ..AND Sweet Baby
Ray.. Hemi..



The shoulder and brisket points are still smokin..

That is a nice looking feast. Sometimes it is good to have things break.

Beautiful shot! What a great nice colored deep pink ring, what kind of SBRs sauce?
I like their raspberry chipotle but it is really sweet, have recently tried their honey chipotle and that is actually pretty darn good.

Flippin' Rain... ain't as tough as I used to be. I had just foiled at 150 and the bottom dropped out. Rainin' like a double do-dad cow whizzin' on a flat rock. I stuck the shoulder inna oven and the point was done anyhow.. Think I Know what were' havin for lunch tommorow. Hemi..PDT_Armataz_01_01.gif
