I love liver & onions, I have eaten deer heart and yes they are good, I do smother the liver with onions and saute'd mushrooms
 
We are going hunting this weekend. With any luck, I can try your recipe
while camping out. I have always just used flour and salt and pepper but I
like the idea of a bit more spice. Thanks for posting.
