Smoking Chicken Quarters, zucchini in foil and potatoes in the Traeger

Finished up in Char-Broil The Big Easy to crisp of the skin and finish corn and potatoes.

Time for my lovely wife to plate up.

How were the smoked potatoes? That sounds really good, I want to try it now.

Ok I have a question for ya. What the heckis that contraption you have the chicken and potatoes on? It looks like a spool of wire gone wrong. But it for sure makes some fine looking chickens.

It looks like just some sort of a cooking basket with different levels.

Great Looking Plate... What the heck kind of rack is that...

Some sort of modified basket out of a "big easy" cooker?

The rack is a basket that comes with The Big Easy.

I was totally guessing on the big easy thing, but knew the basket since my dad has one. But after scrolling back up I caught this from the OP:

Dont know how I missed that before lol. But that definitly clears it up.

Not to mention, it is very discreetly in his pics
