1 lb. ground lamb - I deboned a leg of lamb
1 lb. ground beef - I ground some sirloin steak
1/2 cup shredded onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tbs. garlic powder
1 tbs. dried ground marjoram
1 tbs. dried ground rosemary
1/2 tsp. pepper

I ground the meat then added the spices and mixed with hands then put it in a meatloaf pan lined with plastic wrap as a mold. Took it out of the pan onto the rack. Set the smoker at 250 deg. and used two pans of woodchips, the total smoking time was three hours.

Other Ingedients:

Cucumber Sauce

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cucumber cut into small cubes
Splash of hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Pita bread
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped onions

First off welcome Surf& Turf to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.
Here's a link to photobucket it's free and easy to download pictures. Then if your really new to smoking Look up the E-course.
