Cajun, I gotta say that those are some of the prettiest pork loins I've ever seen~ and especially perfectly crusty like you had them in the pic. The sliced shots made me want to grab a slice through the screen and take a bite!
Just have to know about the Knob Creek. Did you waste it on the loins? If ya did, how and when?
Thanks. I cooked them at 235 until internal temp of 165. Used hickory to smoke them. Pulled the bacon off the loins after I was done. Just wanted to add that flavor..
wow, those look great! i just did a loin a few days ago, didn't have those results, but not bad. i'm doing the bacon wrap next time because those look so very delicious!
nice looking loins there steve... with the bacon wrap and the rub i bet they were both juicy and very tasty!!! i havent given the rub a try yet. mebe next weekend. nice pix too!!!!
