Ribs smoked with hickory and peach, i found the motherload of free peach wood close to my house that had been plowed up

the rub is a modified version of magic dust

Everything look great there Johnny. I have never heard of onion sausage but I guess if you make it you can make any kind ha. But it look like a good smoke is under way.
