Tomorrows breakfast....

I cooked a corned beef point Sunday...

Sliced it....

Diced it (and some onion)

Threw it all (and some potatos) on the griddle on the gasser - just didn't feel like cooking in the house...

After about 15 - 20 minutes we had this...

I got a much better meat to potato ratio going this time around...

I am looking forward to breakfast tomorrrow.... biggrin.gif

For tonight's dinner, I sliced up some of the cheese I smoked Sunday - pretty nice...

Thanks for looking!

I got a buddy with a dog that looks exactly like that, and her name is Ellie Mae.

That's one great looking breakfast! Thanks for posting.

Awesome. That hash will be great with a couple of sunny side up eggs on top so the yolk can run down through all that goodness.

The cheese looks tasty too.
