I received my first perfect flame propane vertical smoker on my birthday last month and love it. I would like to say that I have been looking over the website for a month or so and I see a site that is full of great attitudes! Everyone is so willing to help out and give advise and do so in a pleasant way.
So far I have done a pork shoulder, spares and a whole chicken all of which were great. I will post Qview next time!

Aloha Mark,

Great to have you on board. A lot of great people here who are willing to share/help with any questions you may have. Just ask away. Have fun and post Q-views when you can.

Welcome to SMF. Glad to have you here with us.

Hello and welcome. As you have already have noticed everyone around here is very informative and more importantly eager to help. I always thought that people who smoke food were reserve about sharing recipes and info but that sure doesn't hold true here.

We recently posted our first Qview and the response has been great. Even got a few PM's with some extra info that was extremely helpful. You are in the right spot. Glad to have you along.

Being as such high altitudes, I am curious how you smoking times will vary from us low landers. We will looking forward to you upcoming Qviews.

Greetings 'Mark', and Welcome to the 'community'.

Settle in and have fun.
