Blue Smoke!!!!!

20 degree difference between side thermo and Maverick under the grate.

3 hrs 30 min

5 hrs and BBQ sauce


Temps were constant, 240 - 250 for 6 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Might sell the WSM.

Maybe not.

Dont sell the WSM. You might decide to have a big party and need it for extra cooking area.

I love smoking up some ribs with cherry wood and also spritzing with cherry juice. The combination gives a really pretty color, like the one you got! Nice smoke!

Very nice looking ribs. Cherry wood is my favorite wood to use.
