Didn't do anything special for my birthday. the wife made me a big pan of lasagna and a cake, i figured i would do some BBB's..didn't take any prep pics as i have been busier than heck trying to get stuff done to the house before the snow flies.
i prepped 3 racks of BB's with some lysanders Spicy Bourbon rub and wrapped them in plastic wrap for about 36 hours, then sprinkled with a little more rub and into the smoker. the smoke was Hickory and i let them fester for 5 hours @ 215 degrees without so much as a peek till the fifth hour. Then i started glazing them with General Tsao glazing sauce and let me tell you they were perfect..
They were fork tender but not fall apart off the bone, with a slight tug to the meat..they were freakin awesome
