Smoked Turkey Soup

Took day off after catering gig,so i had time for soup...Been eating this all my life...

Turkey Breast i smoked few weeks back

Put carcass in pot on low for a few hours.Did not take pics of that,but here is picked carcass out back for racoons

Made some noodles while carscass softening for plucking meat

Added some water and garden turnips,beans,peas,frozen corn from august,plus-carrotts,potato,herbs,fresh noodles

while that was warming made some cornbread

This is a new version of cornbread.I call it dropped cornbreadicon_wink.gif

dropped on floor....

Some of neighbors Honey and a tasty dinner with a nice hint of smoke

Looks good! I should have come over. I'm just around the corner! I made some smoked pablano ABTs for the tailgate at the Dover race. I used goose breakfast sausage, some sauteed onions, garlic and a mix of cream cheese and cheddar.

What a great looking soup Alex!
That is definitely something that would be great now that the weather is getting cool. And of course all the fresh grown veggies you add sure doesn't hurt one bit.

Hey,man keep in touch.My bro lives in Arnold-i am in severna park...2 miles away you know LOL................

We are competing at dover,deleware KCBS oct.16th in the infield of the MONSTER MILE-nascar track....I will P.M. we do some major league partys at my garden in severna park-got some room for more....
