I started this early Saturday, everything went smooth here we are at half way

out of the smoke rested wraped for about 1.5 hrs.

here we go ready for the table with a few pork cops I threw in the smoker

at the end I did some chicken, ABT's and "Dutch,s wicked baked beans"

though I had a picture of the chicken, must of miss them. Eveything went well and at the end of the night no leftovers except some chicken done on the grill with barbque sause Thanks to all on this forum that have guided me in the right direction with thier posts.

Looks great!!!!

Did you have any problem keeping the temperature down in the smoker? I have the same smoker, and I couldn't keep it below 250 last time...

Good job Alan, everything looks great.

for pulling off your first big smoke.

I didn't have to much trouble with keeping the temp down but it was cool and cloudy with some breeze Sat. here. I do believe I will make some kind of mod like putting a needle valve control like on my turkey fryer. The control needs a finer adjustment for temperature.

Good lookin' smoke, Alan!

Nice lil' Brinky, too...I don't believe I've seen that model before...very unique. I really like the adjustable cooking grate supports...man, that's a nice touch right there...sweet rig!

Thanks for sharing your successful day!

Eric
