I've been enjoying all these threads and just had to join in. I'm getting alot of great info on recipes and how to. I've just started smoking this year with a Brinkman Bullet and decided to pull the trigger and bought a used Backwoods Chubby. I have three smokes on it so far and am still learning... alot! Tomarrow, Lord willing, I'm going to do a rack of ribs and a small butt. It will be my first rack of ribs in the BWS so I hope they turn out. The last butt I did turned out GREAT however I ended up in the Emergency room for a gallbladder attack. OOPS! I think I took up smoking because I like grilling so much and smoking gives me more time to sip a few beers and relax. Really enjoy everyone here and am looking forward to being able to ask questions and learn from all you more seasoned smokers.
