Smoked up a mess of Beef Short Ribs for a buddy of mine for his Bday. Rubbed em down with Yoshidas and slamed some of Reds Rub on em. Put the Jack Daniels Hickory to em and smoked them up nice and slow for about 4 hours. They were tasteeeeee!!

Made up a mess of ABTs too... they were gone before I could get the camera out.

Wow, great looking beef ribs, nice and meaty, not like the ones we get around here.
As always, Reds rub looks great, you should bottle that stuff.

Now thats a mess of ribs for your buddy and your such a nice guy tosmoke them for him too. Not bad at all for 4 hours you say. Were they really tender they look really good. Great job Dave.

Oh man do they look good. You know, I'm the only one in the family that likes beef ribs. I would choose them anyday over pork ribs. But I can't find them in the stores anymore

Sams used to carry them, but no more. Oh well. By the way, what is Reds Rub? Your own creation?

Very nice beefies. We have to get individual beef backed ribs to look that nice. Use to find them on sale for $1.69 @ Lb, now more like $1.99 to $2.49.
