2 Teasp. Ground Cumin
1 Teasp. Mustard Powder

1/4 Teasp. Kosher Salt
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1-1/2 Lbs. Ground Turkey (98% Lean or Better) ***

Mix the egg, Jalapeno peppers and garlic in a large bowl until egg is well mixed. Add soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, cumin, mustard, paprika, chili powder, salt, bread crumbs and turkey; mix well and form six patties.

Preheat an outdoor grill on medium heat and lightly oil.

Cook burgers until no longer pink in the center, approximately four minutes on each side. Serve on toasted buns.

6 - 4 oz burgers (5 points each for Weight Watchers)
8 - 2 oz burgers (2.5 points each for Weight Watchers)

*** I have also used turkey breast and they are great.

(Since I did not smoke them this time, I added several dashes of Liquid Smoke, nature Mesquite flavor.)

Nice sounding recipe, I love all things turkey so I'll have to give these a try, although they will definitely get done on the smoker and not the grill, I own liquid smoke (don't tell anyone

) but prefer even my plain old regular burgers kissed with a bit of smoke.
Thanks for the recipe.

I have to totally agree... it was all about time and i was starving... but these are AWESOME smoked.

They look great. I've been on WW a couple of times over the years. If you follow the recipes carefully, the meals end up pretty good. My problem has always been once I reached one of my goals, I celebrated with a Pizza
