Boneless Thighs....

A local grocery store had a sale on chicken thighs so we picked up a mess of them.
I took a pack and deboned and defatted them. Gave them a dusting of Plowboys Yardbird rub and into the Egg they went.
Cooked them at 250 for about 40 minutes to about 180 - looking forward to having them dinner later in the week..

Nice color on those, what is that rub you used? Is it a post on here?

I've never thought of de-boning and cooking thighs before, I may have to give that a whirl. They are my favorite part of the chicken. Ok, maybe hot wings, but thighs are vying for 1st.

I never thought about it before either, but I have gotten boneless, skinless thighs at the store before - and I am sure I paid more then what I did these ($0.87/pound.)

I got the idea here

And the rub I used was Plowboy's Yardbird rub. Love that stuff!!!
