Hey everyone, first of all thanks for allowing me to be a part of this group! I am pretty new to smoking so bear with me if I ask some dumb questions. I received a Brinkmann Smoke and Grill for FAther's Day. This is a kettle or bullet type smoker. Fairly simple and basic, verry low end. Since then I have smoked about 12 Pork loins, pork ribs, ribeye steaks, and 1 chicken breast. Got a lot to learn and try. Hopefully will be as good as you all someday. See ya later
