Glad to have you, Ryphraph.

Whether it is technique, recipes, feedback or just a supportive response to the occasional Q-gone-wild you cannot find a better resource than SMF.

Any idea what type of smoker you plan to build?

We like to see your smoker and what your smoking on. So grab your camera and show us how you do it.
Welcome To The Addiction

I have 2 55 gallon barrels and a garage full of metal and welding gear. I plan on doing a charcoal/wood burner grill/smoker. I know it sounds ambitious and I won't be able to really explain it until it's built but I will post pics.
