so, i tried my first fattie today. thanks to all who posted how "to's" about making fatties, you really helped alot.
i decided to go with a breakfast fattie with 2 eggs, green peppers, onions and, cheese rolled inside pork sausage. smoked the fat hog with apple for about 2.5 hours. next time i will smoke with maple.

and yes, we are hooked now. cant wait to try other fatties.
