I just wanted to say thanks for all the great info on this site. I just started smoking this spring and have done a bunch of ribs, butts, fatties and abt's. But yesterday was my first time cooking for a big group and it went very well. We were having a all day tailgate for the Iowa State football season opener, so on the 2nd I smoked a couple of 7lb butts using what I learned on here, and reheated them yesterday in foil pans on the grill. I got a whole lot of compliments and they vanished pretty quick, so I think everyone was pleased with the results! Thanks again guys/gals!
