After sitting in the Post Office here for over a month I have received my chipolatas from Fire it up, they are like gold to me, can’t wait to try them in some of the recipes I’ve collected. I enjoyed this exchange very much and I appreciate the fact that Jim had to drive over an hour away to score these for me, what can I say, it's people like him and all the rest that are so willing to help out that make this a great site.

I first looke at the chipotles and said whats the big deal here. Then I saw where you are Just Passing Thru then I thought differantly. WOW thats along way away. I'm glad someone here could help you.
