Gearing up for a tenderloin smoke tomorrow. Got'em in a Apple cider, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Granny Smith apple slices and Kosher salt brine now.
 
Thats sounds like one fine brine there scriprp I cann't wait till the finish product. Don't forget the Q pretty please.
 
Tenderloins and ribs are on!

Out of the brine, on with the rub last night.



Figured I'd do some spare ribs, too!
