Weekend Smoke w/Qview

Thread Starter
I was asked to do a smoke for a friend's wife's 40th birthday this past weekend. He said he had about 40 people coming, and some of them didn't like BBQ. He picked up 4 briskets, 4 pork butts, and 10# of sausage. He also picked up some hamburgers and hotdogs for those that didn't like Q. I made my BBQ'd beans, 2 fatties as well. We started around midnight on Friday with an eating time of 2:00pm on Saturday. I didn't snap many pictures, but here's a couple.

Here's my smoker:

Here's the beans before they were cooked:

And here's the Brisket, Some sliced, and some chopped:

Hope you enjoy my Qview!!

Needless to say, no one touched the hamburgers and hotdogs.

That sounds like a great smoke. Did you have any converts? You know, of those that "didn't like BBQ". I'm guessing you had plenty of leftovers. That smoker was working overtime.

Happy Birthday to your friend and congrats on a successful smoke.
