Have'nt had much time to post any new smokes and my smoker was down for awhile. But I figure it is time to break in my new MES I recieved from them as a replacement. So I seasoned the smoker and today me and my son's are throughing in a butt and a leg of goat. Here are the pics of the butt getting a simple rub of dark corn syrup and head country rub. More pics as the day goes on.

Whow I had to do the second look I thought that I've seen that picture and theres that leg of boer again ok now I not seeing double. Ok looks good again this time on the bottom.

here is a picture of the butt at 160....time to foil with some onions and pinapple juice !

I hate it when u have to put a rack right above a butt and get those marks

here are the final pics...and man was this one of my best by far...the pineapple juice really worked great ! and the youngster gave it 8 fingers..pretty good..lol
