Thought I should stop in and say hi. Registered last night, been reading this forum for some time now. Im quite the avid cook, indoors and out. The last few monthes I have been smoking stuff on my regular grill to get a feel for it. Last weekend, I bought a Royal Oak electric smoker. Ok smoker out of the box, but certainly could use some help! So far I have smoked a Turkey in it, as I type some chicken legs, and country pork ribs are in it. I'll have to post some pics in the appropriate sub forums.
