Just did my first real smoke today and used the tread from: http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...ad.php?t=57139
Which I would recommend to all new members.

Think mine came out great, very tasty. Two different off the shelf rubs.
Using a new Char-Griller Outlaw/ with smoker. Couple of mods which I found on this site.

Couple of pics, thanks for all the info on the site.

First off welcome to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are alot of good people here thet would just love to help you in anyway you need. This is where I would tell you to go smoke something but I see you already have an by the way it looks really good and I hope enjoyed by all. Then you also took care of the picture thing so I guess just sit back and enjoy the new world of smoking meat.
