We stole, er I mean was inspired by an idear at Up In Smoke, feller there sellin a stuffed tater.

So, we come up with one a our own, a large tater, baked, then split an stuffed with a 1/4 pound a pulled pork an topped with melted cheese an some bacon bits.

Ain't finished the pencil ta paper on it yet, but looks like these will sell easy fer 5-6 bucks each. Momma says there better then what she had at the comp!

I think them er a perty nice lookin tater.

It's a cheddar cheese sauce. Nacho would work just as well.

We have a BBQ place here in Tulsa that has a smoked stuffed tater. You can get your choice of 2 smoked meats, I like the chopped brisket and hotlink. He puts in your meat then adds grated cheese and then his BBQ sauce. it is great. If you live in the Tulsa area go to the Rubicon Restraunt on 3rd street just east of Peoria. they are awsome!!!!

A lady at a local dollar store I frequent for aluminum pans told me about a place in GA that did this. Sounded so good, I wish I had some pulled pork left over from this past weekend to stuff tonight's tater with.

I've had a few stuffed taters in my day, but never one with PP. That looks like it'd be a hit. Nice job.
