Hi guys was wondering how long to smoke the above at about 250? I was thinking 2 hours I have just legs and 3 breasts that I am going to whip up for the grand kids. Thanks in advance.

About 2-3 hours is usually what it takes me do smoke chicken.
If you can you want to cook at a higher temp than normal, shoot for 275-325 or smoke regular and hit it with some high heat the last 20 minutes or so, that way your skin won't turn out "rubbery"
As always, go by temp not time

Go to internal temp of 170. FDA says i think 165 but it seems a bit low to this old timer.

I'm with Rick, I do 170° with all my poultry. With brinin I ain't never had a dry piece yet.

I'd even go 175 on the dark meat...don't you hate it when that meat right near the joint just isn't quite done enough?
