Just thought I would drop a line here... Been lurking since my wife bought me a side fire box for my chargriller pro on fathers day.

Already gotten plenty of information from here.

already read the entire 5 day course. it was full of usefull information.

Where you folks located, and are you doing the Fairfield competition in Mid August. I'm competing under a buddy's team this round, then moving to my own team for the next comp.
