Hello everyone. Just wanted to introduce ourselves. We are a husband and wife team new to smoking and recently bought our first smoker and are absolutely loving it. We bought a Treager Lil' Tex about 8 months ago and have been smoking different things and are always looking to experiment with new items and new recipes. We also just built a new deck this summer to host some cookouts to entertain our family and friends, so we are really looking to step up our game. So we are joining up to learn from all you experienced smokers and also less experienced to not make the same mistakes they have made.

Looking forward to making new friends and sharing ideas.

first off welcome to SMF. You'll like it here cause there are alot of good people here that would just love to help and show you new thing to smoke and ways to smoke just about anything your little heart desires. First try the 5-day E-course it'e free and very informative. the just sit back and read, watch the threads and answers. Then go smoke Something and if you have questions either post it here or go on the chat and you can get your answer right now.
