just rubbed with cbp and a course pork rub made up some kick ass dutchs wicked beans with a few mods and some brown gravy oh yea.
gots some left overs as Mama is still on a liquid diet.

Lookin' wicked good...beans and loin included! I haven't done a gravy for the first meal yet, mostly do that with leftovers myself...yours is lookin' great.
