I ordered a needle valve for my GOSM BB from BCD over a week ago and have heard absolutely nothing since receiving the invoice via email. My credit card has not been billed, so I presume they may be out of stock on this item, or perhaps there was a problem with my order, but they have not replied to my email. Regretfully, I am canceling my order and have placed an order for the same item with another company (King Kooker).

I rate their customer service as non-existent.
