Always thinking of something to do. Picked up some angus chuck, cheddar cheese, onions...placed inside the chuck, formed balls and wrapped in bacon....

As always that looks great Cajun!
Always look forward to your posts, you never disappoint with the beautiful Qviews and smoked goodness.

wow still stuffed from my ribs and the qview made me hungry all over again. those where some nice lookin bacon wrapped cheese burger balls or what ever you call them. lol

That looks really good 13, thanks for sharing the idea. I'll have to give them a try.

Looks great! I'd add some crumbled up fried bacon inside too plus try using coarse ground chuck (for chili meat) for extra texture. Coarse ground won't form into balls as well but the bacon wrap would hold it together nicely! You'd get a heartier bang for your bite with it.

OMG ... what the heck is this?? That is something so simple and yet so perfect for appetizers!! Love the lil' touch with the bacon wrap.

Thanks to all and for the points also. Was easy and turned out pretty good...Hope they turn out well for Albert. Pops, the bacon in the middle does sound like a good idea...

for it.
think i'll add a dill pickle slice and a dollop of horseradish.

Cut some slices and nuke for about a minute...just fine....That's what I did with them...

Thank You. That's how I reheat my ABT's, as far as fatties I slice and throw them in the pan with either the homefries or eggs,. It's all good, and ends up in the same place.
