Hi, My name is Fred and I live in Vernon, NJ. I have been grillin for many, many years. So now I want to start something different...Smoking. I tried smoking chicken with a white barbecue sauce. It needed some work.

My grills include:
A Weber Performer
A Weber gold
The Weber "Q"
and a Stainless Steel grill by Vermont Casting,

So by white BBQ sauce do you mean a mayonnaise based one?

Yes to both. It was my first attempt and the white sauce was a mayonnaise and cider vinegar based. A little S&P and a jolt of cayenne pepper.
