stovetop stuffing and cheesey taters 4 1/2 hrs in hickory and run a water pan at 225° foiled at 155° will try to get plated picss later.
this depends on how well the beer flows biggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

it went up to bout 162° in around 30 mins.

any meat cutting supply company will have this and butchers twine it comes in different sizes.we used to get it from the butcher at kroger but they can no longer get it.
