its a balmy 57*F right now,windy as heck and my smoker is being a nice girl today. holding temps at approx. 240*F

some early food pics

a pork loin injected with apple sauce,coke,franks hot sauce and garlic powder..also rubbed

the rub used today on the loin

smoking away

couple of snacks done... they didnt last long here... small beef sausages

pork loin is resting now, its glazed with an apricot,bbq sauce mixture..i Q'd this pork loin for a forum member on another forum.. he just happens to be passing through my city so i thought i would treat his family to a July 4th meal

mmm it looks so tasty - might have to accidently let a piece fall from my knife in a little bit..lol

corn on the cob is now on the smoker as well as a homemade fatty
