Hi all!

I am new to this forum and excited to be nosing around.
I have been learning the craft of smoking for about a year now. The weather is always a challenge here in Minnesota. Right now my smoker is a vertical water smoker and a weber kettle. ( I also have a Weber gas grill). "Up north" (where we have a camper) my brother-in-law has a chargriller with side fire box that I have been lucky enough to use also. As I said, I am learning and having a blast while doing so. My husband's favorite things have been ribs, brisket, pork butt, ABT's and a fatty.

Looking forward to learning even more from this site!

Welcome to SMF glad you joined us. There is lots of good info and some great recipes to be found here. Have fun and happy smoking

Welcome from a neighbor to the west !!!

Be sure and check out the modifications that can be made to your brother in laws Chargriller to make it more efficient. They are located in stickys in the "Charcoal Smokers" grill area.

Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you aboard. It's always nice to see the ladies doing some smoking too.
