Hello all....My name is Steve, from VA. I've had a smoker for all of 1 day and I am smoking a pork shoulder today for the first time ever. I have read many threads and tried to pick up many tips from the members here. Let me say thank you ahead of time...I am sure I will have many questions!!

Going back to the couch now...I got up at 3 am to put the shoulder in!!
