Has anyone tried smoking a chicken on one of those poultry stands or a beer can? I was wondering how that would work.

I do beer can chicken on a beer can chicken holder. They're only about 4 bucks, and help to stabalize the birds a tad better.

I'm using one for the first time as we speak (father's day present)...I like the way it stabilizes the bird, nice so far. I'll post some q-view and you'll be able to see it in action!
