Well my mother just informed me she is butchering a goat today...I found a little info on here. I am going to try smoking a hind quarter or so, and we'll see what turns out.

Don't walk RUN to get some goat. Thats some good stuff. I have never smoked it but curry goat is great. Enjoy

We are getting ready to do this here,,, dad has about 18 young goats almost butchering size,,,, We are gonna keep a couple. I figured salt, pepper and smoke for mine!!

Tasted real good, Qview to come. This one was a little chewy as it was over a year old but tasted great.
