Marinade in Mojo Crillio over night. Then no more than 4 to 4 1/2 hours on the smoker at 225 to 250º. I have just placed them in a pan or done a modified 3-2-1 more to the tune of 2- 1 1/2 - 1/2. You can also just use a rub if you like. Jeff's is great.

That sounds right up my alley. I just bought some mojo sauce to use in another recipe but I will use it with this ,also have Jeff's rub that I know is good. Thanks for your imput , is the cooking time close to babybacks?

Here's a big batch that I did recently, complete with a rub recipe just for the shorties and the process w/Q-view on how I did the smoke.

Have a look, if you're interested:

Yeah, babybacks only need like a 2-2-1 or even a 2- 1 1/2- 1

Stock Up! Buy all you can and load the freezer, it will give many testing opportunities to try different things and you just eat your mistakes!

Which type of mojo did you find? Hopefully you have other choices than Goya. PDT_Armataz_01_33.gif
