Hello to all from Minnesota. This is a great forum with tons of information and Great users. I'm glad I finally was able to join. I am just starting out my smoking adventures and look forward to learning so much from those willing to help me out. I am semi-retired but have been a medical microbiologist, chemist and programmer analyst. I have a little more time now to try and get up to speed on BBQ. My old gas grill bit the dust so I am starting out small with a Char-Griller Trio.
