Hello Everyone,

I have been stalking these forums for a few weeks, thanks to a coworker (BoneDadddy). I live in Atlanta, and just started smoking stuff a few months ago. So far I have done 4 Boston Butts, a Beef Brisket, and some smoked baked beans. I am using a rub that friend created, and tried to market before a sudden heart attack, it's called "James Do-It-All." He also created an injectable seasoning called "Southern Secret."

Hey there he is!!!! Congrats on joining! I can't wait to see what you have planned for the 4th!!!

I am just now posting the Burnt Ends I finished today for Lafferty's picnic! Too bad you are all the way in GA!!! You will just have to do with the pics!

I know you have been browsing this forum for a while now, but its time to buck up and get us some QVIEW :)
