Looks good! Do you like using the bags instead of foil? Does that make better pork? I'm guessing that would be more expensive though?

Some folks on here didn't think the bags would work as good as foil, but it turned out great, and was easier than double foiling. It was mostly a lazy thing for me. :-) It probably is more expensive than foil, but I think 5 oven bags are like $2 so it's not a huge expense, I will probably do it again.
