Ive done a few blueberry pancake fatties and loved them.. Used maple sausage and syrup and cinnamon and real blueberries and pancakes... I saw on here back a few months ago where some1 used apple filling like a cobler, that looked good as well.... That's the cool thing about fatties, u can make whatever kind u wanticon_biggrin.gif

What about a pecan carmel sticky bun. That might be really good. I have done a rolled pancake with blueberry pie filling that turned out really good.
Just an idea...PDT_Armataz_01_10.gif

Ooh! I like the blueberry pancake idea! Reverse pigs in a blanket! And if you wanted a sweeter flavor you could liberally dose the pancakes with maple syrup... mmmm.

i was thinking of maybe real maple syrup and cinnamon on pieces of already cooked smoked bacon wrapped up inside a fatty.

i like the apple cobbler idea. i will try that inside a stuffed pork loin.

I did a pancake and spiced apples fattie a while back. It was delicious.

One thing I learned was that if you get too much sugar on the meat it will break down the fat and cause it to fall apart. So whatever you decide to do keep that in mind and plan on doing a bacon weave to keep things together.

What about strawberries and cream cheese? I've never done it, but sounds like it would be delicious. Maybe the frozen strawberries in the sauce.

The one thing good about fatties are you can stuff them with anything you can think of. As you see by the responce you are getting. I think you should try a snickers and marshmellows filling or maybe I'll try it. You never know?????

I did one for the throwdown that was maple sausage, inside was peanut butter, honey and a banana sauteed in brown butter. The outside was coated with crushed pecans.
It was very good, would have liked to sweeten up the inside a little more, maybe raisins, and coat the outside with some form of sweetness as well since the maple sausage wasn't quite sweet enough, but still very good.
