Burgers are easty to fix, make a patty as you normallt do then make a depression in the center of the patty, that ay as it cooks it puffs up and you didn't have to mash it...
Steaks,place on the grill,4min.thenturn 45degrees for another 4mi.,flip and repeat.This gives a rare steak on a hot grill(300*F to400*f)
and don't use a fork,gat tongs to do the work.JMHO
