My wife thought it looked nasty, I got mayo and mustard on the bottom with thick pickle slices, the meat, then shredded chedder, onions and ketchup on top. All between two buns toasted on the grill over the open flame with wood. I'm getting in the mood for another now! :)

Wow, that's one heck of a burger! You ain't gonna find a burger that good in a restaurant, that's for sure!

Yo!! Rono!! How ya been? I hope well, since you said you've been super busy. Did you get your consulting business going? I was going to leave you a personal message telling you to get back on here, but you beat me to it.
I have been so busy at work. I've worked the last 5 weekends in a row, and have to work this weekend. All that with only one day off. But I just shut up, take the OT and keep my nose down. It might be hard to replace me, but I sure ain't indespensable either. In this economy, I'm not going to say a peep. Besides, I need a roof, so the OT is much appreciated.

Hey Steve! Thanks! Good hearing how your doing too, I'm going like your going, tired and busy busy busy! Between the actual work for my new setup and 'getting' setup, (still building on my inhouse shop, advertising, billing, figuring out webpages, google, ect), I've been going at it 7 days a week too. Hopefully all the effort will pay off :)
Very cool your company has a need for OT, most places have people cut down on hours so I agree with ya, it's good stuff!
Jalapenos: I've never put those on a burger before, I do on sub sandwiches and other things, might have to try that!
